The “Cassar” family name has been a household name amongst Australian fishermen for the past three decades. In the late 80’s right through to the millennium his father Mark Cassar made his bones in Port Phillip bay pioneering Snapper fishing in the charter scene, running boats such as “ BIG RED” “REEF HUNTER “ SILVER DOLLAR and one of the most celebrated and still talked about boats The Shimano Explorer. When the opportunity came up for Chris to run his own boat it was an easy decision. With the family blood lines running in his veins Chris has made his own path within the Victorian fishing community by catching fish all over the state.

Chris not only operates a fishing charter boat he also runs a professional fishing guide service where he comes onto your boat and shows you all the tips and tricks for which every species you want to target on the day, contact us on how to arrange this service.  

 Providing a maximum of 6 passengers Cassar Fishing Charters offers a boutique experience for first timers right through to hardcore fishermen to jump onboard and catch that fish of a lifetime.
